2026-2027: A Targeted Growth Pivot
Expert Giang Huỳnh suggests that the 2026-2027 period will be a “growth landing point” for the market due to several converging factors:
- Legal Framework: Starting in 2026, the market will operate fully under the Land Law 2024, Housing Law 2023, and the Law on Real Estate Business.
- New Land Price Lists: Effective January 1, 2026, new price lists are expected to increase financial obligations but will create a more transparent and fair investment environment.
- Transparency: New regulations are expected to clear previous bottlenecks regarding project land pricing, improving market supply.
